Program fees

A clear starting point.

Before monthly billing

$375

One-time setup fee

Start the application preparation and program onboarding process. This setup fee is separate from the monthly program fee.

After business license issuance

$375

Per month for 24 months

Your monthly fee begins on the date your Texas business license is issued. The 24-month term starts on that same date.

Briva program total: $9,375 = $375 setup + 24 monthly payments of $375.

How the timing works

No monthly program fee before your business license is issued.

Step 1

Enroll and prepare

Pay the $375 setup fee and work with us to prepare the required applications and qualifying representation structure.

Step 2

Submit and await DPS approval

You complete TOPS submissions and applicable requirements. DPS reviews the applications and determines approval and timing.

Step 3

Your license is issued

The $375 monthly fee and 24-month term start on the business license issuance date. Ongoing support continues throughout the program.

What to plan for

Expert support

Account for licensing expenses

State applications, fingerprints, insurance, examinations and independent courses may carry additional costs. We will identify applicable expenses and clarify what is included before you enroll.

Your written agreement will define the representation arrangement, service scope, payment dates and program terms. DPS approval and eligibility are not guaranteed.
